    "description": "<p><strong>JOB TITLE:</strong> Lot Person <strong>FLSA: </strong>Non <strong>-</strong>Exempt</p>\n\n<p><strong>DEPARTMENT:</strong> Convenience-Store</p>\n\n<p><strong>REPORTS TO: </strong>Convenience Store Manager</p>\n\n<p><strong>GENERAL SUMMARY:</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>Part-Time / Full Time</strong></p>\n\n<p>Is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the property focusing on the outside areas of the location.</p>\n\n<p><strong>PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>General clean-up of entire outside lot to include car wash area.</li>\n\t<li>Disposal and monitoring of all trash cans, barrels and dumpsters.</li>\n\t<li>Periodically walk the lot picking up trash and debris as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Shovel snow/ice from walkways and fuel islands as needed and sprinkle salt down to keep people from falling.</li>\n\t<li>Clean fuel dispensers</li>\n\t<li>Washes windows</li>\n\t<li>Scrub carwash walls and floors</li>\n\t<li>Maintain windshield solvent near fuel dispenser holders.</li>\n\t<li>Clean up around fuel islands using sta-dri to soak up spills and eliminate stains.</li>\n\t<li>Use a power washer to clean the lot.</li>\n\t<li>Help transfer and stock heavy items in the store such as antifreeze, windshield solvent and cases of soda.</li>\n\t<li>Performs other tasks &amp; duties as assigned or required.</li>\n</ul>",
