We are seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Commercial Excellence & Transformation to architect, govern, and continuously improve the commercial operating model for large, strategic, enterprise‑level pursuits. This is a high‑visibility role that will influence how we qualify, shape, and win our most important deals. Incentives Comprehensive benefit package, annual incentive plan, vehicle allowance, remote home office with travel opportunities. What You'll Do Build the enterprise deal motion : Define stage criteria, governance, qualification, and pursuit frameworks. Drive pursuit governance : Lead win‑rooms, deal reviews, and strategic oversight of top pursuits. Enable cross‑functional execution : Align Revenue Ops and key partners around workflows, reporting, and support models. Create tools & playbooks : Develop templates, checklists, and best‑practice guides for complex deals. Lead insights & continuous improvement : Analyze pipeline health, win/loss trends, and process gaps to drive transformation. What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
