          "text": "<p>SEAKR® Engineering, LLC (SEAKR) is seeking a Sr. Proposal Manager to lead&#xa0;cross-functional teams to respond to new business requests. This is an exciting growth position at growing company in one of the world’s most fascinating industries.&#xa0; In this key position, you will lead, contribute to, and manage cross-functional teams of highly capable space electronics experts to develop quality, winning proposals.&#xa0; If you are highly motivated, love challenging yourself, demand excellence, and love helping teams elevate to new heights, then this position is for you!</p><p>The ideal candidate has an extensive Engineering background with the demonstrated ability to lead proposal pricing and scheduling efforts in an extremely fast paced environment.<br>\n<br>\nThis role's primary responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Assemble and lead highly effective proposal development teams</li><li>Manage the process for generating responses to requests from potential customers including but not&#xa0;limited to: requests for quotes (RFQ), requests for information (RFI),&#xa0;requests for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, and requests for proposal (RFP)&#xa0;responses</li><li>Create and drive proposal schedules as required, and will work closely with the proposal team to maintain scheduled deliverables up to final proposal submittal</li><li>Lead and contribute to the writing of proposal content including the management, pricing, and technical volumes</li><li>Lead the development and review of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for&#xa0;proposal pricing</li><li>Coordinate the answers of Fact-Finding questions received&#xa0;from proposal recipients</li><li>Working with Business Development and other stakeholders, lead effective story-boarding and development of proposal strategies</li><li>Support the development of strategic win themes and&#xa0;discriminators</li><li>Coordinate and lead major project meeting events such as Bid/No-bid Meetings, Kick-off Meetings, Strategy Meetings, Pricing Reviews, and Executive Reviews</li><li>Maintain business metrics in support of SEAKR’s business campaigns</li><li>Support and analyze debriefs, gathering client feedback, and help implement continuous improvements ideas.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>A thorough understanding of proposal best practices, processes and tools, including how to convey messages and discriminators, use of a common voice and past performance, and ensuring responses to evaluation criteria are clearly met.</li><li>Demonstrated team leadership ability</li><li>Demonstrated Engineering knowledge and the ability to interact with multiple Engineering disciplines</li><li>Demonstrated ability leading cost and schedule creation for an Engineering effort</li><li>Strong written and verbal skills</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Project, and proposal writing tools</li><li>Experience writing, evaluating, and/or managing proposals</li><li>Developing and adhering to a schedule</li><li>Driven to achieve results, solve problems, and remove obstacles</li><li>Ability to balance interpersonal skills and project management skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills (good listening, coaching, presenting, motivating, problem solving)</li><li>An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph a plus or have the ability to obtain</li></ul><p>• Minimum Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelors in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications or related field</li><li>At&#xa0;least 10 years of combined Engineering and proposal management experience in the space / aerospace industry is desired</li><li>US Citizenship.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>Compensation: Base salary range is $130,000-170,000&#xa0;, depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus.
