          "text": "<p>The Physical Security Specialist is responsible for working closely with facility, operations and security teams to maintain a secure studio site and address any security issues. This position will be fully onsite based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan with expectations of occasional travel to Southfield, MI.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Audit physical security equipment and tasks on a regular basis to their assigned<br>\nstudio</li><li>Manage, train and approve budget for the contracted security guards.</li><li>Report and correct all identified issues during audits, tickets or meetings.</li><li>To work closely with the facility, office management and security teams to resolve<br>\nissues.</li><li>Assist IT staff in the resolution of reported security incidents.</li><li>Participation in security investigations and compliance reviews, as requested by<br>\ninternal or external auditors.</li><li>Research and assess new threats and security alerts, and recommend remedial<br>\nactions.</li><li>Identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans.</li><li>Mentor junior members of the team.</li><li>Write detailed, security incident reports and track status through their lifecycle.</li><li>Manage security systems (like CCTV; access control).</li><li>Wire and conduct basic troubleshooting on CCTVs, Servers, fingerprint readers<br>\nand door controls.</li><li>Participate on company internal/external audits.</li><li>Manage Physical Security responsibilities in multiple locations, travel will be<br>\nrequired.</li><li>The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his<br>\njob obligations and given tasks.</li><li>Follow all company policies and procedures.</li><li>Report any threat, vulnerability, weakness to direct manager.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Physical Security Manager – North America</li></ul>",
