The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on execution across a range of financial responsibilities. He/She will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and play a key role in supporting the organization&rsquo;s financial integrity and operational effectiveness.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5pt; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Lead the hiring professional staff for the accounting team, train and supervise them to ensure effective operations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities of all or part of an organization.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Oversee and develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding policies and procedures, and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Evaluate needs for procurement of funds and investment of funds and make appropriate recommendations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organizational accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Review the receipt, disbursement, banking, protection, and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;
