PWS is a genetic disorder that can affect appetite regulation, behavior, emotional control, and developmental functioning, requiring a highly structured and closely supervised treatment environment.</p><p data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1304\">Our program focuses on <strong>behavioral management,</strong> <strong>medical stability</strong>, and <strong>skill development</strong> in a supportive inpatient setting. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with patients and their families to promote safety, independence, and improved quality of life through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based care.</p><hr data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1309\"><h2 data-section-id=\"170qn5c\" data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1332\">Position Summary</h2><p data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1677\">The <strong data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1362\">Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> provides direct nursing care to pediatric patients with Prader-Willi Syndrome and other complex medical and behavioral conditions.
