In this role, you will provide technical leadership across complex engineering efforts, ensuring robust, reliable, and high-performance electrical solutions for mission-critical applications.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will be deeply involved in system architecture, design trade studies, integration, and troubleshooting, working closely with mechanical, software, and systems engineers. The ideal candidate is a disciplined problem-solver who thrives in technically demanding environments and is motivated by delivering excellence where performance truly matters.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design, analysis, and development of electrical and electronic systems for defense and aerospace applications.</li>\n<li>Develop system architectures including power distribution, signal integrity, controls, and instrumentation.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components.</li>\n<li>Drive the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition and concept development through testing, qualification, and production.</li>\n<li>Perform circuit design, analysis, and validation for analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems.</li>\n<li>Support system-level troubleshooting, risk reduction, and design optimization efforts.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with technical, cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Support proposal development and provide technical input for business development activities.</li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain at least <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collateral</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Secret security clearance</span>.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).</li>\n<li>Minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">7 years of experience</span> in electrical engineering, including system design and integration.</li>\n<li>Strong experience with schematic capture, circuit design, and electrical analysis tools.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of power electronics, signal processing, control systems, and/or embedded systems.</li>\n<li>Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and validation in lab or flight environments.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with relevant standards (MIL-STD, IPC, IEEE, etc.).</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple technical priorities.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DoD or aerospace programs</span>, including work with agencies such as DARPA, NASA, Army, Navy, Air Force, MDA, FFRDC's, UARC's, and National Labs.</li>\n<li>Experience with avionics, guidance and navigation systems, power systems, or high-reliability electronics.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with PCB design, layout considerations, and manufacturing constraints.</li>\n<li>Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), system verification, and qualification testing.</li>\n<li>Background in proposal development, technical writing, and contributing to new business pursuits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Culture &amp; Values</span></span></p>\n<p>At Created Solutions, our motto—<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">“Consider it done.”</span>—is more than a slogan.
