Description
We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in our Auckland office .
About the role
The People & Culture team supports the firm across our people framework at Russell McVeagh to ensure everyone at the firm can thrive . You will support the day-to-day L&D and talent operations by providing timely , professional and efficient support to the team .
In this role, you will:
Provide end-to-end L&D coordination and administrative support across the firm, including managing queries and supporting key initiatives.
Coordinate internal and external training, including logistics , materials, LMS administration and post-training follow-up .
Act as a super user for P&C systems (including LMS), maintaining accurate data, reporting on learning metrics and supporting continuous improvement.
Contribute to firm-wide learning, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
Support student and early talent programmes, including recruitment, events and communications.
Provide broader recruitment support as needed, including lateral hiring research, screening and interview coordination .

A strong administrative background with excellent technical skills and attention to detail .
Experience working in an HR / People & Culture (preferred but not essential) .
Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential) .
Highly organised and process oriented with the ability to work to tight deadline s and juggle competing priorities .
Proactive approach and a "can do" attitude .
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and a desire to work as part of a team .
Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly .
