During echo exam perform additional diagnostic techniques of echocardiography as demonstrated necessary by exam findings. Assists in performance evaluations of Echo technicians. Assists in the development of educational guidelines, departmental policies, procedures, future direction, yearly budget and helps maintain appropriate staffing levels.",
