Nelson Mullins represents national and global clients with needs closely tied to the Administration, Congress, regulatory agencies, and the capital’s international organizations. Washington office corporate attorneys have transactional experience ranging from banking and securities regulation, including investment company and broker/dealer issues, to commercial real estate and affordable housing. Washington office litigation attorneys often represent clients in matters of federal agency law and telecommunications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Representing clients around the country and the world, the firm and its Washington presence enhance our reputation as a full-service law firm. You have experience working on an array of subject matters, including telecommunications, broadband and may have experience in consumer protection related issues such as telemarketing, data privacy and cybersecurity.  You enjoy working in a team environment on projects that require excellent writing, analytical, advocacy, and interpersonal communication skills. Your intellectually curious nature and growth mindset are adaptable to serving a diverse group of clients ranging from start-ups to industry leaders. You are excited to practice law in Washington, D.C. and to contribute to work before the FCC and federal law enforcement agencies, state regulatory agencies, Congress, and the United States courts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<li>1 to 2 years of experience in communications law</li>\n<li>Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Bar of the District of Columbia</li>\n<p>At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
