This hybrid role provides essential support for both radiology (X-Ray imaging) and laboratory services, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in radiologic procedures, EKGs, and basic laboratory operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Imaging Operators program.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Certification or licensure in Radiologic Technology (as required by state regulations).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Phlebotomy or laboratory experience preferred.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Operate and maintain X-Ray equipment in compliance with safety and health regulations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and position them appropriately to capture accurate images.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Ensure accurate labeling and digital storage of images for physician review.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Follow proper radiation safety protocols for patients, staff, and self.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Maintain X-Ray room cleanliness and readiness for use.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Collect and process patient specimens (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) following standard procedures.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Perform basic lab tests (e.g., urinalysis, rapid tests, chemistry, etc.) under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Perform basic lab tasks (e.g., centrifugation, pipetting, quality control).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Prepare specimens for transport to external labs, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Maintain lab equipment and ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Strong understanding of radiology and basic lab procedures.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Excellent communication and patient care skills.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements for the Role:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to position patients and equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Ability to lift, push, pull, and transfer patients and equipment, typically up to 50 pounds independently and more with assistance or mechanical devices. Ability to operate laboratory analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, and computer systems.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Manual dexterity and fine motor skills required to operate imaging equipment, positioning aids, and computer systems.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&middot; Ability to wear and tolerate lead protective apparel for extended periods. Ability to work with biological specimens, including blood and body fluids, using appropriate personal protective equipment.
