Alexander, Arkansas | Type: Full-Time</p>\n<p><br>Summary<br>The Onsite Wastewater Service Technician II manages the operation, maintenance, and<br>compliance of assigned wastewater treatment systems. This position demands technical<br>skill, organization, and strong communication to deliver high-quality service and regulatory<br>compliance.</p>\n<p><br>Responsibilities</p>\n<p><br>• Operate, monitor, and maintain onsite WWTPs<br>• Track flows, alarms, and performance data<br>• Prepare reports and maintain compliance documentation<br>• Diagnose and estimate repairs; schedule approved work<br>• Coordinate with clients and assist team operations<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirements<br>• High School Diploma (minimum); Associate or Trade School preferred<br>• 1 + years in wastewater or utility operations<br>• Competent with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Field Edge<br>• Basic plumbing/electrical knowledge; problem-solving ability<br>• Excellent communication and organization<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Licenses / Certifications<br>• Class I Wastewater License (ADEQ)<br>• Onsite Maintenance Provider &amp; Advanced Installer (ADH)<br>• Power Safe — Alliance Safety Council<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Compensation &amp; Benefits<br>• $18.50 – $20.50 per hour | 40 hrs./week<br>• Medical, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance<br>• IRA with 6 % Company Match<br>• Paid Vacation and Holidays<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Expectations<br>Take ownership of each system, ensure compliance, and uphold MEINCO’s standard of</p>",
