Also, help other employees with safety, customer service, quality control, productivity and cost control by providing involvement in feed mill management and operating decisions/problem solving.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Maintain inventory of equipment and the listing of physical characteristics such as type, serial number, shaft sizes speeds, etc.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Be knowledgeable in all equipment operating functions within the feed mill.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Perform all housekeeping duties required to maintain a clean and safe working environment.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Perform monthly quality control tests and make appropriate adjustments of equipment.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Oversee operation of the Steam Generator (Boiler).</span><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;
