With competitive pay and benefits, stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>National Beef could become your next career move! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Family-friendly benefits including Health, Dental and Vision</li>\n <li>Paid vacation</li>\n <li>Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Employee meat purchase program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Hours: </strong>8:30 am to 5 pm; 5 to 6 days a week</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Warehouse Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Be on time and ready to work at the start of shift</p></li>\n <li><p>Inventory count verification</p></li>\n <li><p>Receiving input into BPCS and V2</p></li>\n <li><p>Assisting customers with locating items in warehouse</p></li>\n <li><p>Outbound freight – returned goods and/or repair</p></li>\n <li><p>Order issue and placement – MRO, special order and stock items</p></li>\n <li><p>Order follow up</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain credit purchase log and reconcile to statement</p></li>\n <li><p>PO filing and associated file maintenance</p></li>\n <li><p>Resolving of invoice match issues</p></li>\n <li><p>Year end file purging</p></li>\n <li><p>“5S” implementation with focus on visual order, organization, cleanliness and standardization</p></li>\n <li>Operate a forklift</li>\n <li>Data Entry </li>\n <li>Scan in invoices and other inventory documents</li>\n <li>Forklift operations</li>\n <li>Flexible in work hours (available to work 24/7 for 24 hour coverage as needed)</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>MRO & Bill of Materials – Labels, boxes, bags, film and chemicals</li>\n <li>Load and unload storage/transfer trailers</li>\n <li>Unloading of purchased goods delivery</li>\n <li>Delivered goods verification and log</li>\n <li>Warehouse stocking of purchased goods</li>\n <li>Special order items – notify requisitioner of arrival status</li>\n <li>USDA items received delivered to USDA</li>\n <li>Open accounts – BOM product</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.  This is not a remote position.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Warehouse Clerk position should possess the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Data entry, computer skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong Organizational Skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Self-motivated, self-directed, self-starter</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to read, write and speak English</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to multi-task</p></li>\n <li><p>Bilingual a plus</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing occasionally</li>\n <li>Stooping occasionally</li>\n <li>Crouching occasionally</li>\n <li>Standing for 8 or more hours per day</li>\n <li>Walking frequently</li>\n <li>Pushing frequently</li>\n <li>Pulling frequently</li>\n <li>Grasping frequently</li>\n <li>Repetitive motions frequently</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and carry for short distances up to 100 lbs</li>\n <li>Environment:  Hot/Cold</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
