In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provide timely injury assessment, care, and emergency response support to protect employee health and minimize workplace risk.
Serve as the site medical and occupational health resource, ensuring compliance with HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
Strengthen site safety culture by identifying health and compliance gaps and embedding health and wellness practices into daily operations.
Support case management, health surveillance, and trend analysis to proactively reduce work-related and non-work-related health risks.
Maintain accurate, confidential health records and documentation in accordance with data protection, retention, and quality requirements.

Maintain a strong customer (employee) focus by delivering responsive, compassionate care and supporting timely recovery through effective case management. Apply incident investigation, root cause analysis, and emergency preparedness knowledge to prevent recurrence and strengthen site readiness. Continuously learn and self-reflect, using feedback, audits, and outcomes to improve personal effectiveness and health program delivery. Optimize and improve health, safety, and wellness processes by identifying efficiencies, reducing risk, and aligning with best practices. Value diverse perspectives and experiences, leveraging inclusivity to build trust, engagement, and a strong interdependent safety culture.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Qualifications
This role is responsible for managing injury cases related to work‑related incidents and supporting employee recovery and return‑to‑work efforts. It also oversees the ergonomics program by conducting assessments, leading risk‑reduction initiatives, and providing ergonomic guidance and education to employees.
