Enjoy great pay, even better benefits, and opportunities to grow with a company that values you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Things You’ll Do</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.</li>\n <li>Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones.</li>\n <li>Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed.</li>\n <li>Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes.</li>\n <li>Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years or older.</li>\n <li>Attention and commitment to safety.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with others in a team environment.</li>\n <li>A strong work ethic.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat. </li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits </strong></p>\n<p>At Suncore, we value people.
