          "text": "<p><u><strong>Job Description&#xa0;</strong></u><br>\nContinental in Norfolk Nebraska has a need for Maintenance Technicians with an Electro-Mechanical or related degree or has a minimum of 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience in areas listed in this job posting. This individual will perform a variety of duties involved in the installation, alterations, maintenance, development and repair of plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and structures.<br>\n<br>\n<strong><u>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT&#xa0;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of mechanical, electrical and manufacturing equipment and machinery</li><li>Set up and operate machining tools such as engine lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinders, alter or construct replacement parts, recondition production tooling</li><li>Maintain plant plumbing, heating, cooling, and related facilities and equipment</li><li>Read and understand electrical diagrams and blueprints</li><li>Knowledge of PLCS, electronic and mechanical systems</li><li>Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li><li>Identify and resolve problems before they become costly</li><li>Welding, fabrication and machining skills</li><li>Computer skills in Microsoft Office</li><li>Knowledge and utilization of lean manufacturing tools</li><li>Assume the job of temporary team leader on a rotational basis</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization</li><li>Required to maintain certifications of plant safety and housekeeping practices</li><li>Understanding of lean manufacturing</li><li>Work in a fast pace environment with changing priorities</li><li>Understanding of lean manufacturing</li><li>Other duties as necessary</li></ul>",
