font-weight: bold\">Installation &amp; Construction</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Install and break down exhibition stands, frames, screens, and technology mounts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Carry out general construction of exhibition projects both onsite and in the warehouse.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all installations are completed to the satisfaction of the design team, clients, and organisers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide on-site supervision and hands-on assistance for builds when required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">People Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide installation and service training to new installation crew members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver ongoing safety training for all crew.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Offer guidance, advice, and support to installation team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain high motivation and satisfaction levels across the installation and factory teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Operations Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the Operations team with any relevant duties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Report installation challenges or crew-related issues to Operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage deliveries and collections; communicate updates to relevant parties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review production drawings, identifying and rectifying issues prior to build.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp; Communication</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate installation schedules with Project Managers and Designers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attend pre‑construction meetings to align on project requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure safe work practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate trouble reports, warranty issues, and back charges to PMs and Billing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review design concepts and raise potential construction issues early.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Productivity &amp; Efficiency</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all projects are delivered on time; flag delays or risks proactively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide innovative solutions to installation and construction problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Verify all packed components before dispatch (frames, fittings, flooring, infills, furniture).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify cost‑effective construction methods and installation efficiencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform post-installation inspections, including photo documentation and follow-up.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Report safety issues, near misses, successes, and job completions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Inventory Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all inventory is properly maintained and stored in the correct bays.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor stock levels and report shortages to Operations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Administrative Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete timesheets, budget tracking, checklists, and other administrative tasks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">✅ What You Bring</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in exhibition stand construction or similar industry (preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of exhibition fabrication and installation processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with exhibition floorplans and show manuals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of rigging and site services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
