That path is open to you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're a five-location practice in Western New York: Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. We're hiring an Associate Dentist at our Clarence location, with a focus on implant dentistry and full-scope general practice.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What practicing here actually looks like:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Significant focus on dental implants and surgical procedures — full-scope cases including all stages of implant treatment in-house, a capability rare in WNY.</p>\n<p>State-of-the-art 3D imaging and fully digital workflow throughout the office.</p>\n<p>Hygienists who back you and who you can back — periodontal care done properly, real co-diagnosis.</p>\n<p>A team that supports the clinical decisions you make, including lab choices and treatment planning.</p>\n<p>Mentorship for associates who want it, and the kind of growth conversations a five-location owner-operator group can have when they're paying attention.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What we need from you:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.</p>\n<p>Active New York State dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure if relocating).</p>\n<p>A dentist who treats patients like guests, the team like professionals, and the practice like it's their own.</p>\n<p>Strong communication skills and willingness to lead clinically.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Compensation and benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>$150,000 to $350,000 annual compensation depending on experience and production.</p>\n<p>Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k).</p>\n<p>Generous continuing education allowance.</p>\n<p>Fellowship and mentorship programs.</p>\n<p>Real path to partnership — we've already made it happen once and are committed to doing it again.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The honest part:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're a growing five-location group, and we're intentionally building one cohesive team across all of our offices.
