This role bridges technical expertise with operational needs, ensuring<br>seamless adoption of digital engineering practices across teams and projects.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>2.1 TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING<br>2.10 Diagnose and resolve issues related to BIM/VDC software, model coordination, data<br>interoperability, and automation scripts.<br>2.11 Maintain a troubleshooting log and escalate complex issues to software vendors or internal<br>development teams when necessary.<br>2.12 Respond promptly to support inquiries from project teams, operations associates, and internal<br>stakeholders.<br>2.2 CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LIAISON<br>2.21 Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to understand project-specific<br>requirements.<br>2.22 Translate operational needs into tailored BIM/VDC solutions, workflows, and tool<br>configurations.</p>\n<p>2.23 Participate in coordination meetings to align technical services with project goals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>2.3 TRAINING AND ENABLEMENT<br>2.31 Design and deliver structured training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations.<br>2.32 Develop user guides, micro-learning modules.<br>2.33 Track training completion and gather feedback to improve future sessions.</p>\n<p><br>2.4 DOCUMENTATION &amp; KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT<br>2.41 Prepare detailed reports on support cases, resolutions, and lessons learned.<br>2.42 Contribute to the internal knowledge base with SOPs, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.<br>2.43 Document best practices and workflow enhancements for continuous improvement.</p>\n<p><br>2.5 NEW WORKFLOW IMPLEMENTATION<br>2.51 Assist in planning, testing, and deploying new BIM/VDC tools, services, and upgrades.<br>2.52 Conduct pilot programs and sandbox testing to validate new workflows.</p>\n<p><br>2.6 INDUSTRY AWARENESS &amp; INNOVATION<br>2.61 Stay informed on emerging technologies, software updates, and industry trends in BIM/VDC.<br>2.62 Attend webinars, conferences, and vendor demos to scout new capabilities.<br>2.63 Recommend innovative solutions and process improvements aligned with organization’s<br>strategy.</p>",
