Description

Join our team as a Quality Control Technician – Level 2 , where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our ready-mix concrete products. In this position, you’ll work both at plant sites and job locations, performing critical testing and supporting production to meet customer specifications and industry standards. What You’ll Do: Perform quality control testing on concrete and aggregates, including slump, air content, unit weight, and compressive strength Monitor production and delivery performance to ensure consistent product quality Coordinate with plant and dispatch teams to implement necessary quality adjustments Conduct trial batches and evaluate mix designs ahead of project needs Oversee and collaborate with third-party testing services Maintain accurate testing records and documentation Ensure compliance with NRMCA Plant Certification requirements Maintain lab equipment and work areas to industry standards Uphold all safety and environmental policies Deliver professional, customer-focused service at all times
