    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p><p>As a Jr. Instructor (Child Care Provider) you will provide attentive and nurturing care to children ages 6 weeks to 6 years, meeting their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
