Process & Flow Design
Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes for custom ETO products, including layout, work sequencing, and material flow.
Develop scalable production models that balance flexibility and efficiency in low-to-medium volume, high-mix environments.
Drive line design, workstation definition, and assembly methodologies aligned with engineering intent.
Material Flow & Visual Factory
Establish best-in-class material presentation, kitting strategies, and point-of-use delivery systems.
Implement visual management systems including production control boards, standard work, and factory-wide visual standards.
Partner with supply chain and operations to ensure alignment between material availability and production flow.
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
Lead lean initiatives (5S, standard work, value stream mapping, waste elimination) tailored to ETO complexity.
Identify and execute opportunities to improve throughput, reduce lead time, and increase productivity.
Utilize data-driven methods to sustain continuous improvement.
