Role & Responsibilities: · Safety First: Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements in a manufacturing setting. · Operational Excellence : Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are consistently met. · Data Management: Accurately record production data and other results as required. · Maintenance Skills: Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment efficiently. · Mobile Equipment Operation: Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts. · Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives. · Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekends.
