    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>DEPARTMENT:</strong> Extrusion</p><p><strong>JOB TITLE:</strong> Aluminum Extrusion Operator II</p><p><strong>REPORTS TO:</strong> Shift Facilitator with direction from the Team Captain</p><p><strong>SHIFT DAYS / HOURS:</strong><br>3rd Shift Position – Sunday night to Wednesday night (9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) over the course of 4 days (40+ hours). Friday (Thursday night) may be scheduled as needed.</p><p><strong>STARTING PAY:</strong> $23.15 to $25.33 based on Aluminum Extrusion experience (higher-level experience considered) Potential to earn up to $28.25.</p><p><strong>PLEASE SUBMIT A RESUME FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>As an <strong>Aluminum Extrusion Operator II</strong>, you will be responsible for operating and optimizing extrusion press operations with minimal supervision. This includes performing die changes, troubleshooting equipment issues, verifying product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
