Description Last Mountain Co-op is hiring a C-Store Manager on a Full-Time permanent basis at our C-Store based in Raymore, SK. Last Mountain Co-op serves in the communities of Raymore, Punnichy, Govan, Semans and Nokomis. We are looking for a motivated leader that can help bring excitement, mentorship, and build a strong cultured workplace from day one! If this sounds like you, apply now! What you’ll do: Develop and promote a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day. Responsible for the   operation   and   administration   of   the   gas   bar   and c-store functions. Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Help to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits. Provide leadership in the areas of outstanding customer service, loss prevention and health & safety. Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers. Perform additional duties as assigned. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely and collaboratively with the team leaders and team members of Last Mountain Co-op. Propane Dispenser Certificate (or willingness to obtain) You are honest and trustworthy.
