This role is key to maintaining both the physical comfort and emotional well-being of our residents.</p>\n<h3>Available Shifts:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Days:</strong> 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Evenings:</strong> 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Nights:</strong> 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Shifts available for <strong>Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem</strong> roles.</p>\n<h3>Requirements:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Active <strong>LNA license</strong> in the state of Vermont (or reciprocity)</p></li>\n <li><p>Compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Ready to love where you work?</strong> Apply today to join a team that values your heart and your hard work.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.</li>\n <li>Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed</li>\n <li>Assists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.</li>\n <li>Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.</li>\n <li>Conducts LNA job responsibilities in accordance</li>\n <li>Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected resident’s plans of care and documents restorative services provided</li>\n <li>Performs other tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>\n <li>Valid certification as a Licensed nursing Assistant LNA in the state of employment.</li>\n <li>Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.</li>\n <li>Displays responsibility by taking ownership of quality care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
