Responsible for researching best prices, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, distributing supplies, maintaining vendor relationships, and overseeing facility maintenance programs.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining organizational formulary, PAR levels, Inventory Management system, and overall supply chain needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Assesses current material availability; reasonably predicts future availability based on the market, delivery systems, and other variables.</li><li>Oversee Inventory Lead team and company materials and purchasing program.</li><li>Build relationships with vendors, research potential vendors, and lead contract negotiating for best-in-class pricing.</li><li>Prepares and processes purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Drafts, explains, and implements instructions, policies, and procedures for purchasing and contract management.</li><li>Evaluates and approves conditions for issuing and awarding bids.</li><li>Collaborate with management to build forecasting models.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Analyze purchase history to track and target budgetary goals&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all facilities and equipment are always available, operational, safe, and clean.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee and implement facility improvement/maintenance projects across all locations.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  \n",
