We are proud to participate in the 340B medication program, which allows deep discounts on medication costs. As a result, we can help those patients most in need. This is an amazing service for our community.
We currently have two in-clinic pharmacies. One is in our Medford Clinic and the other is in our White City Clinic, while another will soon be opening in Ashland. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in all of these sites, with amazing teams.
We have high expectations for our perfect candidate:
• Must have a current and active license through the Oregon Board of Pharmacy
• Sharp attention to detail and not afraid to check, question, and re-check
• Desire to learn new things, develop new processes, and work at the top of your license
• Excellent individual critical thinking skills and the ability to openly share ideas within a team
• The interest to learn from others as well as support those who can learn from you
• Ability and/or desire to understand the challenges of the underserved, coupled with the desire to help

Benefits Include:
Opportunity for 4 or 5-day Work Week Mental Health Paid Time Off – Up To 10-Hours Per Quarter Generous PTO Accrual Annually Medical, Dental, Vision, and Partially Paid Family Coverage No Cost to Employee Life Insurance, AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability Holiday Pay (in addition to PTO) To be considered benefit-eligible, must work 20 hours per week or more. Rogue Rewards Benefits provides up to $750.00 (prorated by FTE and hire date) for the year 2026. Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
