We need an experienced <strong>Construction Project Manager-Superintendent to</strong> LEAD the construction of TWO  5-story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories. Our professionally polished leader will partner with and oversee our Construction Manager. <strong>Valid Driver's License with clear background is required.</strong> <strong>5-years of experience managing new construction projects of $30M or more in value preferred. </strong>In this role, you will shape construction management capabilities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional project delivery for client. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as Construction Superintendent</li>\n <li><p>Assist in collaborating with our Architect and Engineering team to Lead the construction of TWO 5-story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories   </p></li>\n <li>Update data  all costing estimation, contract negotiation and vendor activities, and software (Procore preferred)</li>\n <li>Organize construction personnel-vendors and ensure that materials and equipment resources are delivered </li>\n <li>Oversee project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniques</li>\n <li>Execute all activities with planning commissions and governing bodies for permits</li>\n <li><strong>Manage Budgeting, Estimating and Scheduling TWO $30M Construction Projects</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
