The Agent acts as a conduit between the engineering team and the warehouse by receiving, quoting, shipping, and routing calibrated tools, hardware, and equipment and interacts frequently with other departments including Engineering, Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, and Quality in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
