    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Position Summary</p>\n<p>The Lead Consultant serves as the strategic owner for assigned Oracle Cloud FIN module(s), partnering with business leaders to align system capabilities with business needs.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Own module strategy, roadmap, and change management.<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Partner with Finance leaders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead quarterly update adoption and regression testing strategy.<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Mentor junior consultants and set functional best practices.<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive module-related cross-functional projects, cyclical process, and enhancements.<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide Level 2+ functional support and escalations for assigned module(s).<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide input into reporting and analytic needs based on FIN data and processes.<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Engage in Oracle and industry communities and leverage available training, documentation, and forums to share ideas and increase working knowledge. Influence Oracle roadmap by submitting and voting on ideas.<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p>Qualifications<br>\n Experience &nbsp; &nbsp;5+ years in Financial systems leadership, with deep Oracle Cloud FIN experience in assigned module(s) or 3+ years Oracle Cloud FIN experience in assigned module(s).<br>\n 3+ years Oracle Cloud FIN experience in assigned module(s) preferred.</p>\n<p>Education &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience.</p>\n<p>Preferred: Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or healthcare or equivalent experience.<br>\n Skills &nbsp; &nbsp;Subject matter expert in assigned module(s).</p>\n<p>Proven history leading module ownership and projects.</p>\n<p>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</p>\n<p>Strong skillset in business analysis and Agile methodology, with a focus on driving iterative improvements and stakeholder value.</p>\n<p>Proven experience leading and contributing to cross-functional projects.</p>\n<p>Experience planning, executing, and supporting unit, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality, quality, and alignment with business requirements.</p>\n<p><br>\n Licensure &nbsp; &nbsp;Oracle Cloud FIN Certifications preferred</p>\n<p>ERP</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
