At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>The Stationary Lead Engineer will efficiently operate the Central Energy Plant, assist with Facility Operations and to maintain the HVAC equipment in a medical facility.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate central plant with a focus on energy conservation.</li>\n <li>Oversee sub-contractors as needed to ensure quality and timely completion of work.</li>\n <li>Complete daily rounds keep accurate logs of operations, maintenance and safety activities</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude and team morale.</li>\n <li>Participate in on-going energy conservations efforts for all Plant and HVAC equipment operations.</li>\n <li>Adhere to the Plant Operating Manual and Emergency SOP's.</li>\n <li>Assist with the coordination of construction activities ensuring there is no interference with normal operations.</li>\n <li>Keep Chief Engineer apprised of parts and materials inventories so spare parts can be ordered timely.</li>\n <li>Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with or without remote support services team.</li>\n <li>Timely completion of Work Tickets and PM's.</li>\n <li>Keep logs of operation, maintenance and safety activities.</li>\n <li>Test water in chilled, condenser. Hot water and steam systems to assure chemical levels and conductivity are within specified ranges.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Background in HVAC maintenance and repair.</li>\n <li>Experience in operating a BAS.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years in central energy plant and facility operations experience preferred.</li>\n <li>City of New Orleans 1st or 2nd class A/C and Boilers license preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Hospital or Lab Experience preferred but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location. </li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. </li>\n <li>Quiet environment.</li>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $27.92 - USD $37.29 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
