          "text": "<p>BryceTech is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support Marine Corps financial management operations through cost analysis, financial reporting, budget execution monitoring, reconciliation activities, and data analytics.</p><p>The selected candidate will support senior financial personnel in evaluating financial performance, identifying discrepancies, and preparing reports that support Government decision-making.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist with development of cost estimates and financial analyses</li><li>Prepare financial status reports and management briefings</li><li>Analyze budget execution and financial management data</li><li>Support reconciliation of PBIS, DAI, ADVANA, WYPC, TFSMS, and HRLink data</li><li>Support USSGL transaction analysis and financial closeout activities</li><li>Assist in identifying financial discrepancies and recommending corrective actions</li><li>Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and ADVANA</li><li>Support audit readiness initiatives and financial reporting requirements</li><li>Assist with preparation of leadership reports and budget execution metrics</li></ul>",
