          "text": "<p><strong>Schedule: Part-Time</strong></p><p>The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager with executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant. They work to maintain proper operations of the community in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.</p><p>In this position, your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.</li><li>Must be capable of following direction to make electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs.</li><li>Working outside on exterior tasks including irrigation, tree and vegetation requirements, pool maintenance (if applicable), hardscape surfaces, and roofing.</li></ul>",
