    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking an ambitious&nbsp;User Experience / UX Designer&nbsp;to create the next generation of user experiences across a wide variety of products including enterprise software, mobile apps, and smart home device UI. This position will be located at the Global Experience Design Studio in Golden Valley, Minnesota, just 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Our team is nimble and agile with limited hierarchy and lots of ownership. We're looking for someone who is driven, passionate about user-centric design, and willing to get their hands dirty.</p><p>In this position you will collaborate with other designers to create the future smart-home and smart-building technologies and experiences. You will work alongside Product Management, Marketing and Engineering Teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences across software, mobile apps, and on-device interfaces. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
