    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Manage the full systems development life cycle (SDLC) for workload automation scheduling tools, including CA‑7 and supporting products such as CA Datacom, CA‑11, and the CA‑7 Web Client.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Lead the design, configuration, installation, and ongoing maintenance of all scheduling and related support products.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Administer users, groups, security protocols, and system policies associated with CA‑7 and CA‑11 environments.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Perform installation, renewal, and maintenance of digital certificates to support secure system access and file transfer operations.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Support secure file transfer processes, ensuring proper use of SFTP, Connect Direct Secure+, and other secure data‑movement methods.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Provide administration and support for mainframe-related third‑party software.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skill Requirements</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Prior mainframe batch programming experience, including installation and administration of third‑party mainframe software.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong working knowledge of CA‑7, CA‑11, CA Datacom, and related scheduling and automation tools.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Expertise in secure file transfer protocols such as SFTP and Connect Direct Secure+.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Proficiency in digital certificate management, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Working knowledge of ACF2 administration and security concepts to support system access and compliance.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Solid understanding of mainframe security principles, user/group administration, and policy enforcement.</li></ul><p margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">&nbsp;</p><p margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\"><strong>Provide support for operating systems, networks, information security, storage systems and tape library as defined by departmental requirements.&nbsp; Maintain and monitor the infrastructure environment.&nbsp;&nbsp; Deploy the release of new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and perform testing of&nbsp; operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware.&nbsp; Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software and connectivity programs.&nbsp; Coordinate and work on multiple cross-functional base work initiatives and projects.&nbsp; Support multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity.</strong></p><ul><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Participate in short- and long-term planning efforts with stakeholders and IT groups.</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Work with project team to understand business needs.</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Work with systems engineers to understand technical requirements.</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Provide feedback and recommendations on requirements based on health check results.</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Ensure processes and requirements are met such as backup and maintenance availability.&nbsp; Integrate solutions with other applications and platforms outside the framework.</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Develop new alerts and monitoring techniques.</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Perform routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Develop plans to manage the frequency of appropriate support package/patch application.&nbsp; Monitor database maintenance and provides appropriate recommendations, as needed.</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Analyze health check results and provide feedback.</div></li><li><div margin-top:=\"\" 0px;=\"\" margin-bottom:=\"\" 0px\"\"=\"\">Monitor system-operating capacity in terms of disk space, tape storage and CPU utilization.
