This role will be critical in providing oversight for the company's global payroll operations.  Ideal candidates will have experience providing expertise regarding payroll operations and compliance for a company with employees spanning multiple countries including those in Europe, East Asia, and the Middle East.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as subject matter expert on all payroll operations and compliance across U.S. and EMEA/APAC locations</li>\n <li>Manage payroll tax and wage and hour compliance</li>\n <li>Drive process improvements</li>\n <li>Establish centralized governance and standardized controls</li>\n <li>Manage all payroll functions including: policies, documentation standards, escalation processes, oversight of payroll operations for regional locations, local and federal laws, accuracy, and taxes</li>\n <li>Foster an accountability and service culture</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related</li>\n <li>Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Required Experience:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of progressive payroll experience</li>\n <li>Prior leadership experience with a global organization</li>\n <li>Experience with international payroll (EMEA/APAC preferred)</li>\n <li>Experience partnering with legal to navigate multi-jurisdictional compliance</li>\n</ul>",
