The Role GrizzlyTrek is seeking one Hydrovac Swamper to join our value-added client's team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a camp-based, full-time position offering year-round work on a multi-year contract, with a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation. Working alongside the Hydrovac Operator, you will operate the back end of the hydrovac truck to safely excavate and expose underground utilities while following all safety protocols and regulations. This role calls for strong mechanical aptitude, close attention to detail, and the ability to perform in physically demanding field conditions. Swamper experience is mandatory; applications without it will not be considered.
