Embraces the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe recovery environment for clients. Uses brief clinical interventions, motivational Interviewing, and supportive listening skills to engage and support clients receiving services. Works under the direct supervision of the Regional Administrator or Clinical Manager.</span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Works collaboratively with the clinical team to engage, educate, communicate, and coordinate care with clients receiving medication services only.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Conducts outreach and follow-up of services including, but not limited to, crisis interaction, missed appointments, and hospital discharges to ensure adequate resources are available and in place.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Ensures ongoing collaboration, including the communication of appropriate clinical information with other involved parties as appropriate.
