About this Role: Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications. Responsibilities: The individual will be responsible for developing new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be proficient in specifying the appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments. The individual should be knowledgeable in IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts. Active security clearance is preferred, eligibility for clearance is required. Education Requirements: AS degree in PWB design or equivalent.
