    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div id=\"isPasted\"><p>Our Warehouse Team Associates are one of the most critical positions for serving our customer&#39;s needs and have several positions available to meet your personal schedule and skills.</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p><p>As a Distribution Center Team Member, you will be part of an energetic team environment with the opportunity to work in a variety of positions in our warehouse such as:</p><p><strong>Unloader:</strong> You will unload freight from containers, separating, and palletizing like items.  You will be trained to use a manual pallet jack.</p><p><strong>Handheld-Receiver</strong>: You will inspect incoming freight using a handheld device to check inventory as it arrives.  In this role, you will be actively using a WMS system and performing the quality check.</p><p><strong>Out sorter:</strong> You will utilize a handheld device and sort a variety of items into selected areas for the packers.</p><p><strong>Packer</strong>: You will collect items in sorted areas and then pack items for our many customers.</p><p><strong>Loader:</strong> You will sort finished customer orders, conduct quality inspections, and load orders onto various delivery vehicles.</p><p><strong>Returns Specialist:&nbsp;</strong>You will process received customer returns.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>LEARN MORE, EARN MORE!</strong></p><p>Here at CarParts.com, we put YOU in charge of your paycheck and career!</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Step increases: We value your continued growth and development and offer 4 pay increases over your first 24 months!</li><li>We believe associates do much of their learning and development during the first 2 years of service therefore, we have a four-step pay program during this time.
