This hybrid role combines hands-on automation expertise with business-facing analytical skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS and integrated applications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically adept, and collaborative across cross-functional teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze and review business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and testability.</li>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Playwright (TypeScript)</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java-based frameworks</span> for UI and API validation.</li>\n<li>Execute functionality, integration, regression, and performance testing across SaaS platforms and backend systems.</li>\n<li>Support and facilitate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</span> with business stakeholders, including demos and walkthroughs.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CI/CD pipelines </span>for continuous testing and feedback.</li>\n<li>Conduct <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">API testing</span> using tools like <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Postman</span>, validate backend data using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SQL</span>, and ensure compliance with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OpenAPI/Swagger </span></li>\n<li>Create and execute <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">performance testing</span> using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JMeter</span> for both UI and APIs.</li>\n<li>Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development and product teams for resolution.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test documentation.</li>\n<li>Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to evolving QA processes and best practices.</li>\n<li>Evaluate and implement new automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and test coverage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience with<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Java-based automation frameworks</span> and Playwright with TypeScript.</li>\n<li>Proficient in<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> API testing,</span> backend validation, and performance testing using <br></li>\n<li>Experience testing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SaaS applications</span>, including integrations and workflows.</li>\n<li>Skilled integrating automation with<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> CI/CD tools</span> (e.g., Git).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MuleSoft Anypoint, OpenAPI, </span>and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Swagger</span></li>\n<li>Comfortable with version control systems and command-line execution of test scripts.</li>\n<li>Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools.</li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OnBase workflows</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DocuSign</span> is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Analytical &amp; Agile Skills</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to critically evaluate UI/API requirements and ask insightful questions.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in both manual and automated testing.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in Agile environments with adaptability to changing priorities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication &amp; Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communicator capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.</li>\n<li>Effective collaborator across distributed teams and business stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Proactive in driving quality improvements and maintaining thorough documentation.</li>\n<li>Enthusiasm for continuous learning and integrating AI tools into QA practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5–7 years</span> of QA experience, with a blend of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">manual and automation testing.</span></li>\n<li>Proven track record in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">framework development, UAT support, </span>and<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> SaaS testing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join Our Team:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CMT Services</span>, we believe that extraordinary results come from empowering exceptional people.
