    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Description of Primary Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Responsible for the direct provision of primary care medical services meeting all established productivity expectations.</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Will provide examination and will review appropriate laboratory, referral and imaging results to determine a diagnosis.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Expected to document visits accurately utilizing appropriate templates, and record relevant data to attain a diagnosis.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Accountable for attaining budgeted visits.&nbsp;</span></li>\n   <li><span>Accountable for meeting clinical care measures.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Accountable for locking records in the 72 hour window.&nbsp;</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Responsible for OB-GYN professional focus and goals.</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Provide comprehensive, continuous and coordinated care with focus on the physical, emotional, and social health of women.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Comprehensive health care including treatment of acute and chronic illness and health promotion and maintenance.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Advocate access to care and a medical home for all women, with focus of structured evaluation, early intervention, and health promotion using a team based, patient centered model of care.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Understanding of medical and surgical care to women including pregnancy, childbirth, and disorders of the reproductive system.&nbsp;</span></li>\n   <li><span>Maintain affiliation with local acute care facility and assure 24 hour on call service is provided for patients.</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Accountable for providing excellent customer service and care.&nbsp;</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Consistently behaves with courtesy when interacting with patients/ family members, support staff, and Network staff.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Provider remains aware of wait time during the daily workflow.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Responsible for providing the patient with educational materials and resources appropriate to the patient’s health literacy needs.</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Accountable for patient status as measured by relevant clinical quality measures.</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Promotes and participates in daily huddles.&nbsp;</span></li>\n   <li><span>Incorporates the participation of ancillary health team members in managing the care of patients / families.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Responsible for setting and monitoring self-management plans.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Responsible for assisting in the assurance of clinical procedures and the maintenance of up-to-date clinical protocols.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Completes chart and peer review responsibility in a timely manner.</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Assists the patient care team with performance improvement efforts, staff education, and FHCN promotion.</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Responsible for assisting the patient care team with performance evaluations and quality improvement.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Responsible for assisting in the preceptorship of mid-level practitioners.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Where relevant participate in rotation of medical, physician assistant students and dental residents.</span></li>\n   <li><span>Participates in Network Health Fairs &amp; Technical Knowledge:</span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Performance of the duties and responsibilities of the job requires the equivalent of extensive formal training in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including an understanding of the application of the theory and practices of the profession to the operations of the organization, usually in the form of a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span>Technical Skills:</span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Ability to create highly complex documents in Microsoft Word, including linking multiple files and embedding objects linked to other documents.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to use advanced functions of Microsoft Excel, such as to create and manage databases, including creating standardized reports, or link multiple worksheets and workbooks.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to develop sophisticated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the use of embedded objects, transitions and other elements.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span>Licenses &amp; Certifications:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ol>\n <li><span>Licensed in the state of California as an OB/GYN. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Board-eligibility or certification in OB-GYN may be required or desired in certain positions.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>$264,842.70 - $423,748.32 + <strong>PLUS&nbsp;SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL</strong>&nbsp;through outpatient and inpatient productivity, as applicable and quality pay, generous retention payments, shift differential pay, and extra shift pay.
