      "content": "\n<li>Perform daily cultivation activities including seeding/cloning, propagation, transplanting, irrigation, fertigation, canopy management, pruning, defoliation, trellising, IPM support, and harvest tasks&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;SOPs and supervisor direction.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist&nbsp;with harvest and post-harvest activities including plant take-down, bucking, grinding, drying, curing, and material transfers.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Monitor plant health and report signs of pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental stress to supervisors.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Support IPM programs through scouting, sanitation, and approved treatment applications as directed.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of cultivation rooms, greenhouses, equipment, tools, and work areas.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Clean and sanitize cultivation equipment, rooms, and surfaces according to established sanitation schedules.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, fire safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Accurately complete required cultivation documentation including plant counts, environmental logs, batch records, and other required records.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to meet daily and weekly production goals.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "text": "What You’ll Need to Succeed:  ",
      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Horticulture, or related field or relevant experience.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>1–2 years of hands-on experience in commercial cannabis cultivation, propagation, greenhouse, or related agricultural setting.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and verbal directions.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently throughout the day&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;instructions.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Must be at least 21 years of age.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to obtain and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a valid state-issued&nbsp;TCUP&nbsp;badge.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Familiarity with plant tracking software and standard cultivation tools and equipment&nbsp;a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50&nbsp;lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in variable environmental conditions (heat, humidity, PPE).&nbsp;</li>\n"
