          "text": "<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of expanded learning site. Supervise students enrolled in the program and program staff. &#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate intersession services with Expanded Learning Manager and Expanded Learning Coordinator.&#xa0;</li><li>Facilitate WCPAs efforts to promote academic, physical, nutritional, and social success of all students.&#xa0;</li><li>Foster a positive inclusive environment where students feel safe and engaged.&#xa0;</li><li>Keep updated inventory of supplies and equipment.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist the Expanded Learning team in organizing, developing, and implementing activities in accordance with the daily schedule and promotes the mission of the program&#xa0;</li><li>Program site representative for family &amp; community representatives including, but not limited to, phone calls, emails, and in person. &#xa0;</li><li>Perform family outreach regarding student attendance, behavior and other matters.&#xa0;•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Support the recruitment of new expanded learning program scholars, coordinating with school-based leadership to enroll those students who can most benefit from the services of the program.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain records of expanded learning program staff schedules and time sheets&#xa0;</li><li>Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate program updates and expectations.&#xa0;</li><li>In collaboration with the Program Manager, provide programmatic resources and information necessary for reporting for grant reporting and audits. &#xa0;</li><li>&#xa0;Maintain program documentation, including attendance, parent sign out sheets, etc.&#xa0;</li><li>Conduct classroom observations to ensure program quality and ELOP grant program fidelity. &#xa0;</li><li>Assist in management of student behavior through use of positive reinforcement strategies and communicate incidents and repercussions with parent(s)/guardians(s) when necessary.&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;</li><li>Submit timesheets to expanded learning manager in advance of payroll due date.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain communication and provide guidance to all expanded learning staff&#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate coverage for all expanded learning program staff when mentors are absent. &#xa0;</li><li>Monitor the health of students administer basic first aid, medication and perform other health and safety functions, as necessary. &#xa0;</li><li>Works in the position of mentor in the event that no substitute staff member has been secured.&#xa0;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.&#xa0;<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong><em>Pay: $21.00/Hour.&#xa0;</em></strong></p><p><em><strong>Work Schedule:&#xa0;Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm</strong></em></p>",
