This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about storytelling through video, photography, and digital media, and eager to learn within a highly collaborative creative environment. </p>\n<p>You will work closely with experienced creatives, supporting a wide range of projects while developing your technical skills, creative instincts, and understanding of professional production workflows. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support MediaLab team members in the creation of visual content across architectural, commercial, and experiential projects  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and general on-set support  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Contribute to editing projects, including assembling rough cuts, organizing footage, and preparing assets  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ingest, catalog, and organize media, ensuring files are properly labeled and stored  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in preparing equipment for shoots and maintaining studio spaces  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn and apply best practices in filming, editing, and storytelling under the guidance of senior team members  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and contribute to creative solutions  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to support storytelling and visual direction  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Observe and assist in conducting interviews, learning how to capture strong narrative moments  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support live or recorded productions as needed, including setup and basic monitoring of equipment  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Help prepare final deliverables by exporting, formatting, and organizing content for delivery  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Stay curious and engaged with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in digital media </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>0–2 years of experience in video production, editing, or related creative fields (internships and freelance work welcome) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Foundational understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio principles </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced team environment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Positive attitude and strong communication skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and support team priorities </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interest in storytelling, filmmaking, and visual communication </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Corgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
