Processes all documents pertaining to levy garnishments. Provides administrative/quality control support for Member Assistance. Assists the department in achieving its goals and objectives. Projects a professional, courteous attitude in all member contacts to ensure increased member satisfaction and improved member relations. Communicate with members by telephone and in person, providing information about levies. Performs all functions in a professional and courteous manner in line with Credit Union 1 culture and expectations. In all dealings with the public, members or employees, responsibility or ownership is taken and pending issues are monitored to resolution.
