Adheres to resort specifications and standards in operating our dishwashing machines to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares. Cleans and maintains equipment and dishwashing/kitchen/associate cafeteria/compactor/storage areas. Assists in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment.
