We are creators who believe that what we build drives the growth of our cities and that to fulfill our mission, we must constantly challenge the old way of doing things. Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, we thrive on building communities, building teams, building leaders, and growing the business throughout the Southeast region with additional teams currently in Nashville and Huntsville.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>About the Role</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>The role of the Project Manager is to lead, direct, and coordinate the overall management of the project and team, per the total scope of services as defined in each project’s contract documents, to meet the project profit objectives.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Create cost efficiencies through process improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support and drive utilization of various Impetus initiatives and technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Management of owner billings, project schedule from startup through closeout, optimizing process to achieve targets in safety, budget, schedule, quality control, and raving fan.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop a big picture understanding of the project through immersion into the documents.</span></li>\n<li><span>Execute action items to achieve stated objectives and KPI's, delegating where appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understand and enforce contracts.</span></li>\n<li><span>Effectively facilitate subcontractor startup meetings and coordinate between subcontractors for optimized performance.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coach, develop, and retain a high-performance project team.</span></li>\n<li><span>Uphold brand standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage the client experience, employee experience, and subcontractor experience proactively.</span></li>\n<li><span>Continuously reinforce the core values and manifesto, leading by example.</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead quality control plan implementation and compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in industry associations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Focus in on the details and set the direction of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure usage of enabling technologies and workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proactively monitor financial performance of project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Analyze risk and take action to mitigate early.</span></li>\n<li><span>Reporting of progress on stated performance targets and KPI's.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Engineering.</span></li>\n<li><span>6+ years of experience in a commercial construction firm.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to travel as needed to different projects throughout the state of Louisiana.</span></li>\n<li><span>Exceptional relationship building, listening, and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to create and support team morale.</span></li>\n<li><span>Thorough knowledge of construction forecasting, cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and accounting principles.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">RNGD is an equal employment opportunity employer.</span></span></p>",
